Heritage Ministries is in growth mode and currently seeking a HR Generalist to join our team! The HR Generalist plans, directs and coordinates human resources activities and staff for the organization.

Advise and train managers on human resource policy matters and organizational best management practices.
Organize and coordinate Human Resources tasks such as employee records, employment verification, postings Coordinates and manages New Hire onboarding process Meet with employees and field questions

Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Supports and adheres to Heritage Ministries Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
Observes and promotes resident's rights at all times.
Serves as a resident advocate Adheres to work schedule by regular and punctual attendance.
Demonstrates a cooperative, courteous, respectful image at all times while on duty or representing Heritage Ministries.
Supports staff by assisting co-workers with a teamwork attitude.
Observes and adheres to departmental and position control dress code guidelines.
Education and Experience Graduation from an accredited College or University with an Associate's Degree in Business or closely related field.
2
years of experience in Human Resources Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
